To maintain our wholesale pricing, we require a minimum opening order of $500. Reorder minimums are set at $250 per transaction.
How long does shipping typically take for bulk home decor orders?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, domestic freight typically arrives within 5-10 business days depending on your warehouse location.
Do you offer samples before placing a full bulk order?
Yes, samples are available for most textile and small decor items at a retail rate. The cost difference will be credited back to your account if a bulk order is placed within 30 days.
What is your policy on damaged or defective items?
Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence and your invoice number to our support team for a full replacement or credit.
